8:15 am if you would like your child to participate in morning prayer. If you do not want your child to participate in morning prayer, than you can drop your child off at 8:45 am for announcements and homeroom.

Before care is offered at an additional cost from 7:30 am to 8:45 am. After care is offered at an additional cost from 3 pm to 6 pm.

Math and ELA - maximum number of students is 12

Science, Social Studies, and electives - maximum number of students is 16

Our teachers utilize hands-on activities and real-life examples to help demonstrate the learning objectives. We work closely with students to identify how they learn best and then help them to develop strategies to tackle difficult learning challenges. Advanced students are able to work at a pace that better fits their needs as well.

Yes, Marvin Academy does follow the NC Standard Course of Study. However, teachers do not teach Common Core.
